Our core values ensure we are delivering a service accessible to all and a space that puts each child first. We recognise that each child is unique and one size doesn't fit all. Play is at the heart of what we do, and we endeavour to always think about the holistic development of a child when planning and delivering school holiday activities. Below are our five core values.

■ INCLUSIVE - We aim to deliver a programme that is inclusive, adaptable, and fun for all. Whether it's during our term-time sessions or our kids summer camp, we are always learning and appreciate feedback to help us improve.

■ CHALLENGE - We endeavour to work with children outside of their comfort zone where possible, challenging perceptions, thoughts, and behaviours. This is especially true during our kids holiday club and school holiday activities, where we introduce new experiences.

■ RESPECT AND MANNERS - We expect all staff and children alike to treat each other with respect. Manners are free and heavily promoted within the club, including during our school holiday activities for kids.

■ RESPONSIBILITY - It is everyone's responsibility to keep everyone safe, whether during our regular sessions at Elmhurst School or our kids summer camp activities. This stems from our code of conduct for the children to adhere to right through to how we execute our Safeguarding Policy.

■ TEAM WORK - To ensure everyone has a great experience, we encourage times in the sessions for group activities, bonding, reflection, and to keep our space clean and tidy. This value is emphasised during both our term-time sessions and our school holiday activities for kids in Aylesbury.
